Restore Self-Governance Base Budgets, Protect from further Erosion and Provide Equitable Funding

Fully fund Contract Support Costs (CSC)

Provide funding for Tribal Priority Allocation (TPA), Public Safety and Justice, Indian Reservation Roads and Education Program
