Comments in response to the notice titled “Basic Health Program: Proposed Federal Funding Methodology for Program Year 2015” (CMS-2380-PN) and published by CMS in the December 23, 2013, Federal Register. This
notice requested comments on the proposed methodology for determining Federal payments made to states electing to implement the Basic Health Program (BHP).
