    CDC is Recruiting Tribal Leaders to Serve as National Advisors

    The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention/Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (CDC/ATSDR) Tribal Advisory Committee (TAC) currently has delegate vacancies for the Tribes at Large (two vacancies), Albuquerque area (one vacancy), Bemidji area (one vacancy), Nashville area (one vacancy), and Portland area (one vacancy).

    All tribal leaders are encouraged to nominate elected tribal officials or designated representatives to be considered for the two Tribes at Large delegate positions on the TAC. Nominated Tribes at Large delegates must be qualified to represent the views of tribes from a national, collective perspective. Tribes at Large nominees should be either elected tribal officials or designated by an elected tribal official to represent tribes.
